About Me

 

​My journey in art began in childhood, fueled by a love for creating with whatever I could find. From summer art camp to honing my skills in acrylic and watercolor, I've transformed my passion into a business where I create unique art pieces, and commissions. I’m excited to share my art inspired by the beauty of Des Moines and nature, and I also offer lessons for those eager to learn the joy of painting.

Since moving to the country and marrying a farmer, I've found endless inspiration in the beautiful open landscapes and charming farm scenes around me. This new part of my life ignites my passion for art, and I’m excited to capture the essence of farm life through my paintings. I look forward to creating a variety of farm scenes, landscapes, and other special places that celebrate the beauty of God’s creation for everyone who appreciates it as much I do.
